I’m Yana from Face Workout Co. I am a Beauty Coach in natural face rejuvenation. I am also an Esthetician, a certified Face yoga, Face massage, Face and Aesthetic Kinesiology Taping Instructor. I have worked in the beauty industry for over 20 years. I'm so excited to introduce you to my Natural Botox and Face Lift Taping System where I collected all my experience in non-invasive face rejuvenation methods, and teach you new natural rejuvenation technique which is called ‘New Botox’ and reduced millions of wrinkles & lifted millions of faces so far!

Here's what we'll cover together in this course:
First, you're going to learn all about face taping technique, how it works, benefits/contraindications, what you need to achieve effective results.
Next, I will show you depuffing massage techniques and five lymphatic drainage taping applications which you can use to depuff your face and sharpen your jawline. I call it 'Lazy Massage', because tape will work as lymphatic drainage massage while you do nothing! It is important to depuff your face before Night Face Taping!
Moreover, after we depuff our faces, we will learn how to properly prep your face with massage and apply Night Lifting Tape applications, so in 21 days of consistent, every day face taping, you will gain muscle memory and your facial muscles will remember correct, lifted position. Don't forget to support results and apply these applications 2-3 times a week after this.
Finally, after lifting applications, we will learn how to prep your face for taping with face massage and properly apply Night Natural Botox applications to soften your facial lines & creases, so in one month of consistent work, you will see a big improvement! Remember, consistency is the key.
