Face Lift & Natural Botox Protocol
Did you know that human face is aging multidimensional? The original contours and proportions of the face change as we age, because the muscles lose volume and strength, especially those muscles that pull tissues upward and lift. While aging, we lose collagen and elasticity of our tissue, older muscles accumulate tension and pull on not elastic skin, creating lines and creases in the places where muscle attaches to the skin. Also, with age, our lymphatic system slows down, that’s why we have double chin, puffy eyes, sagging jawline and heavy cheeks drooping down.
The rate at which a person ages is determined by two groups of factors:
- Genetic factors that we inherit. This includes skin type, our constitution, hormonal status, the possibility of implementing a particular pathology.
- Epigenetic factors. This is our lifestyle, physical activity, nutrition. Environmental stress factors also belong to this group. For example, the aging rate of residents of megacities is affected by constant stress, a sedentary lifestyle, toxins that we breathe in the air, fast food, etc.
Can we influence the rate of aging by slowing it down? Yes. How? By working with the face in a complex way, by not only choosing skin care depending on skin type, but also working with facial muscles.
Living in the rhythm of the metropolis, you always want to have a tool that works with your face without wasting your time. And this tool is tapes. You can relax, do your business, and at this time, tapes will work with the muscles of your face.
Let’s figure out how tapes work…
There are two types of facial taping:
· Lymphatic Drainage Taping
· Night Myofascial Release Taping
Lymphatic Drainage Taping improves facial lymphatic circulation and helps to get rid of puffy face, puffy heavy cheeks, puffy eyes, double chin. If we want a face lifting effect, there is no sense to start night taping without improving lymphatic circulation first. You need to drain puffiness of the face (lymph) before to help your muscles to be able to lift your tissue.
Night Myofascial Release Taping relieve hypertonicity (overworked) or hypotonicity (relaxed) of the facial muscles, thereby relaxing mimic wrinkles. When muscles return to normal tonus, skin creases are smoothed out, drooping eyelids and corners of the lips rise, the cheekbones become more pronounced, and the oval of the face becomes sharp and toned. Moreover, Night Taping turns on muscle memory. Scientists have proven that muscle memory takes 21 days to form. Lifting effect is the effect of kinesio taping which will form in about a month, so your facial muscles will remember a new lifted position.
At the days when you do not want to do Lymphatic Drainage Taping, you can perform Lymphatic Drainage Massage techniques which I included in this course. There are: Buccal Massage, Intranasal Massage and Lymphatic Drainage for puffy eyes.
In this Course I created a System which starts from Facelift Protocol -depuffing your face and lift muscle memory formation and finished with facial lines and creases reduction- Natural Botox Protocol.
Here is my Facelift & Natural Botox Protocol:
- Before you start, take your before picture. I will talk about it more in Before we start lesson.
- Week #1 Every other day you can perform buccal, intranasal and eyes massage right after you brush your teeth in the morning. All of these massages together should take you 15-20 minutes.
- Week #2 Once a week on the days when you do not perform lymphatic drainage massage, you can apply lymphatic drainage taping applications. You can work with a particular area or apply all of the applications at the same time during the day. Wearing time: 30 min to 2 hours.
- Week #3 In a week after you start to improve your lymphatic circulation, you can start to apply Night Lifting Applications. First month, apply them every night and 2-3 times a week after to support results. Do not forget to continue improving your lymphatic circulation with massage techniques or lymphatic drainage taping.
- Week #4 Every day introduce and add one new Natural Botox application to your already applied Night Lifting Applications. Same here- first month apply them every night and 2-3 times a week after to support results. P.S. At the end of the week #4 you should develop your own face taping routine which suits your facial problems. For example, you do not need to apply frown lines application if you do not have frown lines, etc.
